CHIHULY 2003 PARADISE PERSIAN
Featured in many of Chihuly’s most dramatic installations, Persians are an exploration of form,
shape and color—a celebration of wild asymmetry and swirling pattern. They have an ancient
sensibility, and for Chihuly, conjure notions of Venice, and the Near and Far East.1
This original piece would add beauty to your home on a book shelf, coffee table, or even its own
pedestal. The piece measures approximately 8 x 9 x 6 inches.
Donated by: Marshall & Kimberly Criser
Donor Value: $9,500
Minimum Bid: $5,000
Lot also includes the following:
“Chihuly Glass” book published in 1982 signed by Dale
Chihuly with a hand-drawn sketch in the front as well
as a personal, signed note from Dale Chihuly.
“Chihuly” Second Edition, Revised and Expanded book
published in 1998.
Paradise Persian Studio Edition #891.pp1p.03
Certification document from Chihuly Studios.
