PRAYER AND PRAISE

Please continue to pray for Judy Miller as sherecovers from her open-heart surgery. The doctorsare pleased with her progress, but she has a longway to go before being pain free - let alone clearedto run a marathon!

Please pray that the Lord would raise up peoplefrom WHAC to bless, and welcome, and reach outto the families who will be involved with the churchKindy.

Please pray for John and Nicolette, in addition toall of their extended family, as they welcome theirnew baby into their home and their hearts.

Please continue to pray for the McGowans. Maythe Lord keep His hand upon David especially ashe struggles with his many challenges.

Please pray that the Lord would pave the way forthe Kindy to receive all of it's approvals soon.

After a week of Evangelism Explosion in the townof Odora, Africa, the new believers decided tobegin meeting together in the afternoons with thegoal to starting Sunday services in January. Prayfor this fledgling church.

Thank you so much to all who were a part of ourCommunity Christmas celebration on Saturday. As isalways the case, lots of planning and preparation went intothe evening by so many people in our church family, and

all of your efforts are a real gift to us all!

A Christmas gift from WHAC

As in years past, we will be taking up a special collectionDecember 16th and 23rd to bless a needyfamily/community in an impoverished part of the world thisChristmas season. Depending on the total offering, we willbe choosing between the following as gifts: Goat ($50),Bibles ($5), Calf ($75), Education for a girl ($83), back toschool kits ($46), a rickshaw ($265).

New wine at WHACLeading into this ministry year, the elders board at WHACfelt strongly that the Lord is calling us to address thePrayer and Fellowship as aspects of our ministry.Thankfully, He has already raised up a leader over Prayer,but we are still looking for a leader overFellowship/Hospitality. If you love to make people feelwelcome, and feel prompted to serve, please see PastorMatt, or one of the elders today.
