    PRAYER AND PRAISE

Please continue to pray for Judy Miller as sherecovers from her open-heart surgery. Thedoctors are pleased with her progress, but shehas a long way to go before being pain free -let alone cleared to run a marathon!

Please pray that the church Kindy will becomplete in every way by December 4th.

Please pray for God's hand of blessing in theestablishment of two upcoming ministries:'The Playroom' Cafe and the 'Mainly Music'program. Both of these ministries are slated tobegin shortly after the Kindy opens, and theirleadership needs God's wisdom, guidance, and favour.

Pray for a Viking Alliance short-term team thatwill arrive in the Republic of Congo, 4thNovember, to work with the Kinsoundi churchteams in partnership evangelism.

    Thank you so much!

Over the past number of weeks, Phyllis Charlton, SharilynMordaunt, and countless other volunteers from other Masseychurches have been sorting through the clothes and lollies thatyou provided for this year's Stars Party - and, quite frankly, wecouldn't have done it without any one of you! So, on behalf of usall, thank you to everybody who either attended or volunteered,or donated items to help make this year's Stars Party aswonderful as it was! A big thank you to the McKeans as well forall of their hard work in planning and preparing for the Picnic intheir Paddock! Neither of these events just 'happen on theirown'; we really appreciate your care and effort!

Do you glow in the dark?

If so, then the WHAC beach day is for you! On Sunday,November 18th from 2:30, our church family will be meeting nearthe playground at Browns Bay beach for an afternoon of... well...whatever we want, and all are encouraged to attend! Bring ablanket, a cricket set, sand toys, sunnies and sun block so that

you don't go from glowing white to glowing red throughout theafternoon. It will be loads of fun if you come along, so please do.Rain date: November 25th.

    I failed my marketing class

When advertising a prayer ministry, you're supposed to usewords like "power" or "warfare" or "a sweet and bless-ed time" totry to get people to come by emphasizing various (andlegitimate) aspects of prayer. But, I'm horrible at marketing, instead friends: if you want to join the growing prayer movementat WHAC as we seek to move into the community to pray forthem in intelligent ways, drawing them out of brokenness into

wholeness in Christ, while submitting our church and ministrybefore the Lord for His empowerment and leading, please talk toPhil Ruston or Pastor Matt, and we'll get you connected.
