This is a letter of recommendation to be used by Absolute Construction. Our church has used Absolute Construction for some time now specifically related to our roof. They have done a very good job for us. We have worked almost exclusively with Mr. Matt Jones and have found him to be very knowledgeable, honest and hard working. His responsiveness to our calls is excellent.
We have not only used Absolute Construction on our various roofs here at our main facility which encompasses 250,000 square feet but also on our smaller, more residential applications. Again, the work has been done in a timely manner and with excellent quality. I have recommended Mr. Jones and Absolute Construction to a number of my homeowner friends dealing with recent hail damage and every one of them has thanked me profusely. They were all thrilled to deal with an honest, no nonsense roofing contractor, who really knows how to put on a roof and clean up after himself. Homeowners Association of Richardson Lake Park Estates, Inc. recently completed the asphalt shingle re-roofing of
37 buildings housing 118 individually owned 2 and 3 story townhomes under a total roofing-loss insurance hail
claim. The project commenced September 2016 and was completed by November, on time, within budget and
without incident.
I am pleased to provide this general letter of reference for Absolute Construction, Garland, TX, the company
selected from among competing contractors by our HOA Board of resident homeowners.
Absolute Construction was awarded the project based on the favorable results of pre-scripted, face-to-face
interviews, bid and contract reviews, and reference checks. Of the four contractors bidding the project, Absolute
Construction representatives’ presentation most closely aligned with their standard Agreement language. Prior to
signing, additional contract terms and conditions were requested to comply with HOA governing documents and
negotiated to the mutual satisfaction of the parties.
Communication was a top priority given the project’s scope, duration, worker count and heavy equipment required.
Daniel Askari, president of Absolute Construction, hosted a pre-commencement kickoff meeting with HOA
representatives that was well attended by over 70 homeowners. Critical pre-scripted talking points were covered
and the floor was opened to resident questions. During the project, weekly onsite progress meetings were
conducted with available HOA Board members and the property was cleared of roofing materials, nails and debris
daily.
All in all, a most successful and stress-free project.
