Words of Welcome

Prelude Voluntary on “We Gather Together” Gordon Young

Prayer of Thanksgiving Dylan Rigg

Gracious God, your gifts of love and abundance are all around us. Thank you for showering us with so many blessings: your beautiful earth filled with daily miracles, food and drink to sustain and strengthen us, shelter and clothing to protect and warm us, friends and family to love and nurture us, work and play to fill our days’ joy and purpose, the journey of faith that calls our lives into deeper meaning and spiritual growth. For these and the many gifts of our lives and our world, we give you thanks and praise. Amen.

Choral Introit Eleanor Daley “My Soul Doth Magnify the Lord”

Opening Sentences

Come, ye thankful people, come.

With hearts of praise, we gather.

This is the time for harvest song.

With voices of joy, we sing our thanks.

Come to God’s temple in worship and prayer.

We come in gratitude this day.
