distribution of other social determinants of health and as a root cause for the health inequity we see in our community

Routinely monitor for differential exposures, opportunities, and outcomes by “race” in Jamaica Plain and commit to “leading with race”

Ask our elected officials to adopt a Racial and Social Justice framework similar to that used in Seattle, WA.
