Having it all is not about striving for perfection, or about living our lives according to someone else’s standards

or expectations (we’ve done that for far too long).

It’s not about working ourselves to a state of exhaustion, spreading ourselves too thin, or trading inner peace and

contentment for outer trinkets of success.

Been there. Done that too.

Having it all simply means having access to all of yourself, in any moment you choose it, and in every

aspect of life that is important to you.

Go here to learn exactly how you too, can “Have it All”’

4 Questions with Christy whitman

C: I would like to ask you how do you define having your all in your life?

Dharma rose: having it all is probably quite simple for me really feeling like the key areas of my life are receiving my attention. So with my

business and the things I do professionally those are labors of love for me, sometimes they can be tedious sometimes I am jumping out of bed in the morning and can’t wait to do it but really everything I do professionally is a labor of love and it’s like my child. Being able to get that time and attention being able to give my relationship and family time and attention, giving my health time and attention so having things for me, things like philanthropy and community work things like that so having it all for me it’s having the ability to spend time and resources on the areas that are really important to me. It’s not just one thing maybe it’s because I’m that kind of person who gets bored so I like being in these different areas where I can spend time in and whenever I am into its important.

C: What’s the core belief that you hold to be true either about yourself or the universe for you to really experience your

life where you are really having it all?

Dharma rose: there are a couple of core beliefs. One of them is Newton’s Law the of attraction, law of vibration there are a lot of different

names, what you put out that you attract back to you and that is true in relationships. I found it to be true with my health and sometimes not always immediate and you think I look at the larger picture of how the planet works and how nature works and try to relate that back to things that I’m looking at in my life. For example let’s say something that is really important to you is to make a lot of money business something that is really important to us to lose some weight that you have been trying to get rid of thing you can’t. If you put consistent energy out there some result will come back to you but we don’t have any control over how long it takes necessarily

sometimes it takes longer than we thought and meet it might sound morbid but if we had this earthquake in the middle of the ocean it takes time that ripple that tsunami to reach the shore that is a direct result of something that happened it’s a result of an action and something that takes a long time to reach so I believe that the law of attraction/ vibration at least sometimes the universe takes a long time to bring results you need to be patient and take consistent action. I also believe in a happy and flow of things, things like the tide the seasons something like that sometimes things are wild, sometimes it’s a triple, and I find things come in ebbs and flow and I find for me it comes in the same way, whether it’s work or relationships whatever it is sometimes things come in a tidal wave and just really being patient with that accepting that for what it is still taking action and doing the things I need to do. I would say it’s the 3 universal principles I guess I would say. Sometimes things take their own time my sister was two weeks over and I was 10 days late depending on how you want to look at that, but sometimes when you think you know you don’t know and just releasing that you know how the result will show up in your life and having faith that it’s going to return to you at some point.

C: So when you’re in that state, in that present moment and you really feel like you do have it all, can you just describe

what it is of that essence of how you feel?

Dharma rose: for me it’s a sense of peace and calm. It might be excitement for somebody else sense of fiery passion for somebody else but

for me it’s a sense of peace and calm and I just feel like I come out of a meditation and I feel connected I feel clear and on purpose and plugged into spirit.

C: What is one tip so others can feel that essence in their lives?

Dharma rose: I would say giving yourself permission to suck at it. Because let’s say you want to achieve more balance, what you want

to achieve the tethering of different areas of your life you want to be fulfilled in different that something that you have been struggling with don’t expect yourself to an overnight take some time and I know in my home at times we seem to be so concerned about what other people think you don’t want to fail or seem to fail at all of these things and I think whether it’s trying to achieve more balance in your life or feel like you have it all whatever it is you will receive any goal for any other area of your life, the further you try to stretch yourself the more you have to be gentle with yourself and give yourself permission. I say this to my students in my business give yourself permission to suck don’t be so hard on yourself keep trying it’s okay. Be gentle on yourself so that’s the best thing I could offer.
