Supervised first and second echelon maintenance on 8 M777 howitzers and 7 M198 howitzers, ensuring proper maintenance prior to and throughout live fire exercises.

Prepared comprehensive lesson plans on preventive maintenance inspections, troubleshooting/isolating faults, vehicle service and repair, and proper use of hand tools and kits to maintain equipment.

Provided content for the collaborative development of instructional programs. Created training schedules and student evaluation testing procedures to ensure contractual compliance. Computed the safe firing of thousands of artillery rounds while ensuring the howitzers were in proper working

order. Conducted reviews and input to the operators technical manual for the M777A2. Served as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for maintenance, logistics, and administration actions when

problems and questions arose. Generated incident and weekly reports.

Created the Excalibur projectile Master Lesson file and taught 264 students.

Conducted a USMC Artillery Community Technical Manual Review for the M777, and represented the community at the inter-agency Training Manual Review held at Rock Island.

Developed the M2A2 Aiming Circle Master Lesson File for the Marine Corps Cannoneer School, and taught the lesson to 17 students during Marine Corps Cannon Crewman Advanced Course.
