there is one aspect of revolutionary struggle that the elites & their servant scribblers

would like to hide from the people, love, profound love.

from my earliest experiences with the viet cong, aboriginal activists, black panthers,

my greek comrades, my many african & latin american brothers & sisters to the

people fighting for a just & equitable france, i have been touched by their compassion

    & their lack of bitterness

when you were younger the dicton of che, that at the risk of seeming ridiculous, i

believe a revolutionary, is moved by a profound sense of love, seemed well,

ridiculous, & utopian when what you were witnessing was a slaughterhouse. as you

aged you understood deeply the political sense of that dicton & as a human it was like

a source, a well, when you were too fatigued, too tired to go on, it gave you that extra

fight. tonight, that dicton, in a little over 10 words, says all that needs to be said

people, even on the left, far from struggle, can be sanctimonious but those engaged in

the depth of battle, where there are often many losses, have taught me the meaning of

love; of sharing & perhaps not so ironically, humor

the elites mask this love because of their own bitterness & i simply ask you to read the

so called leading commentators in french english or italian & they are bitter &

    cynical, almost without exception

they would like us to live in feudal times, where we don our hat, but i hope we just

show them our arses because the elites do not merit any more than that

love has left them, so too respect

for those who have taught me love in this life of struggle, for those who have stripped

me of bitterness i love you

    now & forever

passe en Amrique latine me donne l'espoir, beaucoup d'espoir

the worst aspect of money, as marx said, is that it produces alienation

in our epoch it produces fear. fear upon fear in so many forms, it appears as if all is

    defeated before it has begun

this aspect of fear has produced a culture of cretins & that is its intentions, to pillage

& sack, the natural wisdom we possess.

it objectifies us to the point of absence, to a vanishing point, so that even the torture &

murder of our brothers & sisters elsewhere does not touch us

money, the greed for money constructs that institution of fear

we must not, we must not forget that the wave of people demanding a control over

their own destiny in latin america was not, not organized by a cadre but by people,

who said essentially, enough is enough & they commenced to build weapons to

    destroy the institutions of fear

that work is only young, & it is fragile, but it is the only hope we have. i am not by

nature an optimistic man but what has happened & is happening in latin america gives

    me hope, great hope

yes it is true, that it has happened in latin america because of the political

consciousness of their people, but it has also happened because u s imperialism has

been occupied elsewhere & it has not had its habitual capacity to produce slaughter atthe slightest resistance to its power

never has bob dylan's dicton, "money doesn't talk, it swears" had more meaning

    in an interview, i have said that my task, in relation to my mother language, english;

was & is not dissimilar to that of paul celan to the german language

paul celan, was at once trying to birth a language cleansed of the tongue of murderers,

& to, precisely, annihilate the possibility of that language being murderous again -

this was most probably a futile task but it was the only real path

english has been so debased & degraded since the illegal & immoral mass murder of

vietnamese, this situation with language exacerbated sharply since the iran contra

hearings where the synthesis of all elites, political, cultural & economic in a full

partnership with all media, assassinated my mother tongue, transformed into the

    language of murderers

in this moment, in this time, it is with the greatest difficulty to even listen to my

tongue because it carries with itself only mendacity & murder. in the hands of

'journalists', commentators, other writers - it has become so deformed, monstrous. so

much so that it takes great great effort even to attempt to read people for whom i have

    respect

french & italian allow me a distance to measure the malignancy of language & that

    malignancy is malodorous

i do not attempt to rehabilitate the language, the time for that is long gone, i attempt to

give human breath a language that can be heard by any ear capable of listening

it is a difficult task, self-evidently, because i detest what that language has become &

    is doomed to be

surely my sicknesses do not help but i feel an absolute physical repulsion at the elites

& their minions & their debile opinions that are not worth the breath wasted in saying

them they lack not only vision but also dreams.

they possess no symbolic order within them, they replace it with a false spirituality &

the rotting catholic church is the perfect ruin to house what is inside the nightmares

    & hallucinations.

they are not capable of policy, they are not capable of reacting. they feel no empathy

for anything other than the false fascination of a media that is completely corrupt

the scribblers writing on the wall of the cave over ancient images & texts, that should

    offer warning, but do not,

they are less than beasts, beasts feel, you can look in any beasts eyes & see yourself,

in the elites eyes, you see nothing except soldiers watching others run towards the pit.

    fuck them now & forever
