■ Optional tip from your leaders - include a Christmas Goodies Checklist to your Host pack to show your Host some extra incentives.

Bali Day at Head Office!On 14 October, Head Offi ce staff turned their workspaces into a Balinese paradise to celebrate Taste of the Toolbox 2011 - Bali.

Everyone got into the spirit of things with great outfi ts and beautifully decorated workspaces complete with huts, fl owers, lanterns and candles!

Competition between departments reached a new level when the Creative Group trumped everyone by getting some celebrity backing with a visit from Merrick Watts aka “Mr Asia” from Underbelly 2/Nova 969 FM!

It was a fantastic day with a thong throwing competition and delicious Balinese food such as Nasi Goreng, chicken skewers and banana pancakes. The day has left us all a little jealous of all the fun that you will have when you qualify for Taste of the Toolbox 2011 – Bali!

Products Returned to The Chefs ToolboxIf you or one of your customers need to return an item for a refund or exchange, you MUST make sure that the products are returned as follows:

1. In all of their original packaging with protective bags/inserts.

2. Use & care leafl ets included.

3. All original packaging is unmarked/undamaged and in original condition (no sticky tape, stickers, writing on them).

4. The product in its Chefs Toolbox original packaging is then put into another outer box for shipping – Do not simply wrap the box with paper, or use a postage bag. Do not place postage stamps or address stickers onto The Chefs Toolbox packaging.

The Chefs Toolbox has a generous and fair returns policy for items which are returned due to an ordering error, a change-of-mind etc. In order to receive a full refund or exchange for you or your customer, we need to receive the product/s back in their original condition and packaging.

Products which are returned to us in damaged, missing or torn packaging will not be eligible for a refund.(We also clearly advise your customers of the need for packaging in the email which they receive when we approve an item for return.)
