Take an M triangle and a K triangle and sew them together to form a half square triangle. Press to the dark side. Make 4.

Trim them to 2 1/4” x 2 1/4”

Now layout your pinwheel and sew into a 2 x 2 grid as pictured above. Trim to 4” x 4”

Take an F square and two L triangles. Sew a trian-gle to the right of your F square and then press. Then sew a triangle to the bottom of your F square. Press. Make 2 unit A’s

Take an E triangle and L triangle and sew them together as pictured above. Make 2 unit B’s and 2 unit C’s

Sew a unit B to the left side of an F square. Press. Then sew a unit C to the bottom of the F square. Press. Make 2 unit D’s

Sew a unit A to the top and bottom of your pinwheel. Press. Then sew a unit D to the right and left. Press. Should measure 8” x 8” Make 1 Christmas Star Block.
