The fair will run 11.30am to 3.30pm THIS SATURDAY 23rd NOVEMBER and we have a fabulous range of stalls including a wide choice of crafts, foodie treats, toys, tombola, bottle stall, Elfridges, children’s craft activities, games, Santa’s grotto, cafe, fabulous raffle and more besides. Preparations are well underway for our biggest fundraiser of the year and we would like to extend a HUGE thank you to all our class reps, parent volunteers, teachers, kitchen crew, site and facilities teams who are working extremely hard to make it a fun and festive day for all. We would also like to send out a BIG thank you to all our sponsors who have contributed to our school calendar and everybody who has donated prizes for our raffle and stall tombolas. We greatly appreciate your support. If you have not already bought raffle tickets we highly recommend buying some as the prizes on offer are terrific! Raffle tickets are available from the office or from the PTA stall on the day of the fair. Read on below for further details of prizes. We look forward to seeing you at the fair on Saturday!!

INTRODUCTION
Hi Everyone
It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas….that’s right just one sleep to go till the St. Mary’s Christmas Fair
2019!
The fair will run 11.30am to 3.30pm THIS SATURDAY 23rd NOVEMBER and we have a fabulous range of
stalls including a wide choice of crafts, foodie treats, toys, tombola, bottle stall, Elfridges, children’s craft
activities, games, Santa’s grotto, cafe, fabulous raffle and more besides.

SANTA’S GROTTO
Several slots have already been booked to see Santa in his grotto at the fair but don’t worry there are still
slots available on the day of the fair! Please come along to the Studio at the bottom of the KS1 playground.
Cost is £3 per child. Children under 1 year go free. All children will receive a gift and while they are
waiting to see Santa the Grotto Team will keep everybody entertained with games!

In the cafe at the fair this year we have two professional chefs cooking for you Ramiro Pujol and Gerard
Virolle. Ramiro also ran the BBQ at the Family Fun Fest in September so you know you’re in good hands!
Please come along to the Small Hall to sample their hearty homemade menu. There is something delicious
for everybody. Look out for menus posted around the school!

YOUNG VOICES
The largest Children’s Choir in the world ‘Young Voices’ will be singing at the 02 in January 2020 to celebrate their 20th anniversary. A group of lucky children from Year 5, lead by our lovely music teacher Mrs. Evans, shall be taking part in this musical extravaganza alongside some of the most talented and well known artists from the world of music and many other school choirs. This is a great opportunity for them to experience singing in such a large arena and we are so proud of them all! They are raising money to fund the cost of their t-shirts for this event so at our Christmas Fair, they will be singing a mix of songs to be performed at the 02 as well as some Christmas numbers! Please give them your support, thank you.
