All bookings can be held provisionally for 14 days, after which a deposit will be due (non refundable). Should the deposit not be received within

a further 7 days; your booking may be automatically released.

The Deposit Terms are as follows:

Party Night - 50% deposit per person | Accommodation - €50.00 per room

Once full payment has been received you will receive a receipt and confirmation of booking.

Full and final payment for your party must be paid 21 days prior to your Christmas Party; otherwise places will be offered for re-sale, without refund.

Decrease in numbers of 10% or less will be refunded. Adjustments over 10% are non refundable.

Final numbers to be advised 10 days prior to event.

Where cancellations are made 60 days or more prior to the date of your party, all initial deposits will be forfeited.

Cancellation made less than 60 days before the date of your party will incur a charge of the total booking value as follows:-

40 - 59 Days - 50% | 21-39 Days - 75% | Less than 20 Days - 100%

Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate special seating arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any date. In these circumstances, an alternative date will be offered or you will be entitled to a full refund of any payments, but the hotel will have no further liability.

All beverage accounts must be settled on the night of your party. If you wish to run an account bar on the evening this must be guaranteed by a credit card and the outstanding amount will be charged to your card at the end of the evening.

Otherwise a cash prepayment for the desired amount will be accepted.
