Mustique is magical at Christmas time and we’re sure that you will enjoy your stay with us.

This Guide includes a calendar of ‘What’s Happening in Mustique’ this festive season, including details of some rather special activities we have planned.

Regular favourites include tennis and pony camps, yoga and scuba diving, whilst this year’s Christmas programme features some unique events for those times when you feel like a break from the pampered seclusion of your villa. Look out for current copies of ‘This Week in Mustique’, with updates and more special events.

Hogmanay will be celebrated in true Mustique style with the Mustique Company’s New Year’s Eve Party. Early bookings are welcomed by contacting [email protected]

THE COTTON HOUSE SPA

The Cotton House Spa is partnered with ila, the award winning ‘beyond organic, beyond luxury’ wellness spa brand chosen to compliment the island’s natural qualities.

A bespoke treatment menu of luxurious facial and body treatments has been designed exclusively for Mustique by the founder of ila, Denise Leicester.

Wellness Centre

Featuring a full range of Techno gym equipment and free weights. The gym is open from 8am – 7pm, located beside the Spa.

Group Classes

Group yoga and pilates classes run Monday to Friday 8am at Lagoon 5 & 5pm at The Community Centre. Saturday classes 8am only at Lagoon 5. See the weekly activities newsletter for updated schedule information. Pre-bookings not required. US$30 per person.

Yoga / Fitness Instructor Warren Carl

Originally from California, Warren was owner and operator of Yoga BC in Sydney, Australia for 8 years. Qualified at the Deepak Chopra Centre for yoga in California with secondary studies in physiotherapy with Simon Borg-Olivier in Australia, and STOTT PILATES® certification in London. His flowing teaching style finds its base from the Hatha and Astanga traditions and professional career as a dancer.

Jump & Jive

Loosen up and learn a few moves and grooves for the dance floor at Basil’s live-jive Reggae “Jump Up!” on Wednesday night. 60 minutesPlease check the weekly activities newsletter for class updates. Prices subject to change and class venues may vary due to weather conditions.

Personal Training

Private sessions are available on request, at US$120 for two people & US$30 per each additional person.Mustique offers many ways to keep fit from power-walking the coastline trails, weight resistance training in the Cotton House gym, or toning with Pilates. Each session is catered to your exact goals and physical condition. 60 minutes.

WATERSPORTS

Scuba diving

The reefs around Mustique offer great diving for the beginner and advanced diver alike. Wonderful sloping reefs abound with fish life. Single dives and dive packages are available, as are PADI courses up to Divemaster.

Sea Spies

Every Tuesday & Thursday, from 22nd December to 7th January, 4pm – 5pm.US$25 per personGuided snorkelling on the House Reef in front of the Watersports Centre. Participants must be confident swimmers, 8 years or older. All equipment will be provided.

Sailing Camp

Every Monday and Friday, from 18th December to 8th January, 3.30pm – 4.30pm.US$30 per personLearn all about tacking, gybing, reaching and running on Hobie Wave sail boats. Participants must be confident swimmers.

Night Snorkelling

Every Wednesday, 16th December to 6th January and on request, 7pm – 8pmUS$35 per personSnorkelling equipment and underwater torches will be provided, with an expert guide to reveal the magical underwater world.For more information contact Watersports on 8486 or [email protected]

Throughout the summer season, the Equestrian Centre will be offering private and shared lessons, beach trail rides and pony rides. Adults and children from age two and up can ride!

Pony Camps

Pony Camps will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 18th December to 8th January, 8.30am – 10.30am

Vaulting Camps - Gymnastics on Horseback

Learn gymnastics on a horse. There will be an opportunity to show off your newly acquired skills at our Christmas Horse Show on Wednesday 30th December.

Established in 2008 The Mustique Charitable Trust aims to improve the opportunities of children, young people and vulnerable adults while supporting the development of sustainable communities throughout St Vincent and the Grenadines.
