How is Christmas celebrated in the UK?
• There are lights and beautiful decorations in the shops and Christmas trees in the streets.
• People buy and give presents, sing christmas carols and eat together.

• Queen Victoria’s husband was German. He brought this tradition to England in the 19th century.
• People decorate them with lights, baubles and tinsel.
