Chocolate and Raspberries Brownies Per serving: 127 calories, 1.4g of carbs, 4g of protein, 11g of fat Serves 24– counted on the app SENZA Ingredients 50g of butter 6 large eggs 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp of vanilla extract 250g of ground almonds 70g of raw cacao 1.5 tsp of baking powder 8 tbsp Natvia (erythritol and stevia mix) * Add 2 more if you like them very sweet 25g of grated dark chocolate (85-90%) 100g of fresh raspberries Directions 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Melt the butter in the oven while it’s heating up. 2. In a mixing bowl add the raw cacao powder, baking powder, ground almonds, grated chocolate, stevia and erythritol. Combine well and set aside. 3. In your nutribullet whisk eggs, ACV, vanilla and butter together until it forms a light frothy liquid. 4. Fold the liquid into the mixing bowl. The final mix will remain quite wet. 5. Line a 8 x 12 inch baking tray with parchment paper and pour the mix in, spreading out to the corners with a spatula. 6. Next wash and dry the raspberries and place them on top of the brownie mix allowing them to sink in. 7. Bake in a 180 °C oven for approximately 25minutes. Check it’s done using a tooth pick or sharp knife. 8. Slice into 24 pieces, wrap in greease proof paper and freeze. When you want to defrost one simply pop it in the micorwave for 90 seconds and it will come out moist and warm!
