Chiswick was historically an ancient parish in the county of Middlesex, with an agrarian and fishing economy. Bedford Park, one of the most popular parts of Chiswick, is London’s first garden suburb and was built between 1875 and 1886 as part of the Arts & Crafts revival by Victorian property developer Jonathan Carr and his lead architect Richard Norman Shaw.

Chiswick now offers excellent amenities as well as access to some of the prettiest parts of the Thames riverbank, lined with beautiful Georgian properties. There are many exciting restaurants and shops, a thriving cafe culture, numerous prestigious schools, and access to Chiswick Overground station and the District Line. Chiswick is a fantastic place to live with its diverse shops and ever expanding range of delis, along with the green open spaces and superb access to the countryside and beyond.
