Double-digit Industry Growth.

The benefits of deepening Aviation Week Network’s Chinese output are clear. China’s air transport industry

has maintained double-digit growth for the past 30 years, with passenger and cargo transportation in and

out of China – and within the country – growing rapidly.

The number of new fleets delivered each year in China accounts for one-third of the world’s new aircraft

delivery. More airports are under construction, advanced air traffic control (ATC) equipment is being installed,

and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) opportunities are being generated.

However, such rapid development comes with significant challenges, and the country’s air transport industry

is increasingly seeking more international cooperation to help maintain robust growth.

何限制,而且总有来自乘客的需求,但我们必须要赚钱才行,即将乘客的需求转化为可以盈利的运营。你必须剔除成本,在这方面挪威低成本航空曾遭遇挑战。水平航空的远程航班是盈利的,而挪威低成本航空的远程航班则没有做到这一点。

英国的低成本航空公司易捷航空把130架飞机放在奥地利注册,因为他们担心英国脱欧会对今后运营产生影响。你们的企业拥有奥地利的航空运营商证书(AOC),也会受英国脱欧的影响吗? 我们IAG集团已经有三个西班牙的航空运营商证书(AOC),两个英国的AOC证书,还有一个法国的和一个爱尔兰的AOC,现在又有了一个奥地利的AOC。在奥地利注册的水平航空与英国脱欧没有关系。我们想建立的是一家总部位于奥地利的航空公司,而且我们相信,最有效的方法是建立一家奥地利AOC的子公司并由当地专业人士来经营。再次强调一下,该企业绝对与英国脱欧无关。对易捷航空而言,他们相信他们上述行为在

对一家传统航空公司来说,目前有必要一定要建立自己的低成本子公司吗?水平航空和伏林航空并不是英国航空公司的低成本子公司,他们是IAG的一部分,这就是英国航空公司这样的传统航空公司能够成功的原因所在 。我认为 IAG保证了我们能够做到今天这样。从历史上看,你会发现有一些传统航空公司曾成立了自己的低成本航空子公司,但都维持不了多长时间,传统航空公司会让它终结,因为低成本子公司最终会与母公司成为负面的竞争对手。现在欧洲的行业整合正在加速,我认为如果高油价情况在今年冬季得以持续,业内企业会出现更多伤亡。

你认为汉莎会让其欧洲之翼(Eurowings) 按低成本航空公司的模式工作吗?我不认为不会 。出于对汉莎航空集团首席执行官Carsten Spohr的信任,我认为他们可能会意识到,修改公司结构是必由之路,这样公司才能存活的更长久。在IAG内部,我们各个子公司都有权使用其他运营商的资源,互相帮助,分享经验。水平航空的低成本模式确保了我们的高效运营。英国航空公司可以向水平航空学习,爱尔兰航空也可以向伊比利亚航空学习。我们的各个成员相互之间可以取长补短。

空客A320neo交付延迟对集团的增长计划有影响吗?延迟是可控的,因为我们现有的机队具有很大的灵活性,我们也可以扩大A320ceo的运营。首批A320neo已经交付伊比利亚航空和伏林航空。A320neo是比较高效的飞机,延迟交付的确令人沮丧。但是我们有组织的灵活性,延迟交付并没有影响我们的增长和航线网络计划。我们也在与波音和空客探讨其他的飞机计

划。我们的波音747机队需要在2022年之前被替换。明年A350 -1000 将加入英航,我们将用订购的18架 A350 -1000取代在役的一些波音747。目前我们有36架波音747在役,是世界最大的747运营商。正因如此,我们需要进一步更换,几个月来我们一直在积极与空客和波音进行商谈。

2018年最大的挑战是什么?对IAG来说,2018年将会是一个好年头 。从我们的战略来看,目前我们已经占据有利位置,但是运营也面临挑战。 在欧洲,与空中交通管理(ATC)相关的延迟今年夏天有所增多,已经给运营带来影响。我们认为马赛的空管员罢工,德国空域管制人员短缺都带来了航班延迟。运营上的挑战已经超出了预计。我们因此要向乘客做出赔偿,还有很多情况下,需要延伸航路,这些都意味着更长的飞行时间和更高的运营成本。在巴塞罗那,伏林航空约有60架飞机,但有8架飞机和机组属于备份,这个比例太高了。但即便如此,我们仍有很多航班延迟。倘若我们不设置备份飞机,情况会更富有戏剧性,且很难恢复 。我相信欧洲空中交通管理方面的一些问题已经引起欧洲航管组织的注意,但这个夏天是不会有起色了。
