La baja de impuestos va tener un rol más amplio esta vez

• Ajustes en el impuesto sobre la Renta a Personas Físicas: Efectivos desde septiembre de 2011 exceptuando del pago a ~60m de personas
• El mínimo para el IVA y el impuesto para negocios de pequeñas empresas se subió desde 01 de Noviembre de 2011; el 63% de pequeñas empresas privadas quedaron exentas del pago de estos dos impuestos.
• Prueba piloto de una reforma en el IVA para los transportes y seis sectores de servicios en Shanghái. Esto tendrá comienzo desde enero de 2012.
• Excepción en el pago de 22 tipos de tasas administrativas para empresas pequeñas y muy pequeñas entre 2012-14
• El impuesto a las ganancias para pequeñas empresas sobre un ingreso anual por debajo de RMB60,000 (equivalente a USD9,430) será reducido a la mitad entre 2012-15
• Las tarifas arancelarias promedio en más de 730 categorías de productos importados disminuirá a 4,4% en 2012
