YUNNAN F.O.P. 3.50 / 100g A clear, golden China tea from the province where the tea was first grown. Slightly stronger in the cup than Keemun.

LAPSANG SOUCHONG 3.70 / 100g From the ‘Fujian’ province of South China, a large leaf tea with a distinctive flavour derived from smoking the tea in wood chips. Best drunk without milk or iced with lemon.

ROSE CONGOU 3.40 / 100g From the North of China, a flavoursome, large leaf tea mixed with rose petals to give a fragrant aroma and sweet taste.

INFUSION TIME

A Leaf tea should always be left to infuse for 4 to 5 mins.

Freshly boiled water should be used and it is

important to warm the teapot first.
