• Every bearing repair begins with a detailed pre-inspection process that includes a damage assessment, dimensional measurements, hardness readings and recommendations for repair procedures. Final inspections are performed after a repair is completed and is documented along with the pre-inspection.

• Inspection data for every bearing is documented and permanently recorded. Additionally, all material, heat treat and dimensional certifications are documented and traceable to their origin.

• Your complete satisfaction is our first priority. Impact Bearing Services stands behind our quality by offering a warranty on our bearing repairs and custom manufactured bearings.

• All inspection data is permanently backed up daily to a secure, remote location with military grade encryption. Your bearing data is available for reference at any time. All inspection information is kept confidential and is transmitted to our remote server via a 128 bit SSL connection.

Service• Q: Delivery and Carriage

There are three ways to deliver the goods.One is Express, such as DHL, UPS, TNT and Fedex.The charge of them is from US$ 10.0/KG to US$ 15.0/KG if We pay the freight in China. It is most convenient because of door to door. This method is suitable to a few goods such as less than 20KG.Another is air parcel, you should go to airport to take the goods by yourselves. The charge is cheaper than express, but you should pay the charges of Customs clearance and we should pay the charges of clearance of goods, these charges are fixed no matter what weight or volume it is. This method is suitable to the goods which are more than 100KG.The rest one is ocean shipping, it is rather cheap, and it will take about 15-30 days to the port if you are in the North America or the Europe.In general, we deliver the samples by Express, such as DHL, UPS, TNT and Fedex, and ship the goods of order by ocean shipping.

• Q: Claims and returns

Normally, we always get your confirmation before you place an order. If there are some defective products, you can return them and we will make amends for the freight of these defective products. Certainly, you can also ask us to replace these defective products as soon as possible. We will pay all freights for them.
