For 29 years, Children's Dance Theatre has delighted Baldwin County schoolchildren and the EasternShore community with its productions of classic children's literature brought to life through dance.Some of our past productions include Jack and the Beanstalk, Madeline and the Gypsies, Where theWild Things Are, and The Real Princess and the Pea, all performed by students of dance.

Children's Dance Theatre has recently received a 5Oi(c)(s) designation. Now, as a nonprofit,Children's Dance Theatre can continue its tradition of opening minds, inspiring imaginations, andsparking creativity among the audiences who watch as well as the dancers who perform. Exposure tothe arts and arts education is the first priority for this organization, and our annual performances andoutreach programs will take this pillar of learning further into the community.

In these troubled economic times, funding for the arts in our schools has been severely limited. Formany children, the only exposure to a theatrical production is the annual visit to Children's DanceTheatre's performance. We do not want these productions to stop, but we need your help to continueto present the quality shows for which we are known. Those who wish to support our efforts areencouraged to join our group of patrons known as the "Performance Circle." It's been our traditionbefore every show for the cast and crew to join hands in a circle to share positive energy, support foreach other, and love for our art. We'd like to widen that circle to include those who champion usthrough tax-deductible donations and gifts. The levels of giving are as follows:

Performance Circle

Cast and Crew — $25 to $49 Scenery Artists — $50 to $99 Costume Designers — $100 to $249

Lighting Specialists — $250 to $499 Special Effects — $500 to $999

Names of patrons at these levels will be printed in our program. For a sponsorship of $1,000, you canreceive special recognition. Your business name and logo will be prominently displayed on ourposters, in the program, and on signs in the lobby and adjacent to the stage. In addition, at each of thefive performances, we will give your company a special mention for all to hear and you will receive ablock of tickets to attend the public performance. Children's Dance Theatre is proud of our pastsuccess and looking forward to a bright future of dance on the Eastern Shore. Please considerbecoming part of our Performance Circle to enhance the arts experience for our children, ourcommunity and ourselves.
