We hope you have been enjoying the nicer weather! We had a very busy March. First the 2019 Calgary Cup Championships were successfully held at SAIT in the middle of March. We have had an immense amount of positive feedback for our event this year. A great big THANK YOU goes out to all involved. We look forward to next year. If you have not returned your volunteer vest please do so at your next class. Over 1000 photos of the day were captured and will be available on our website shortly. On the 6 th of April (this Saturday), the 2019 Alberta Open Championships will be held in Edmonton. If you still wish to participate see the attached document, it is a great tournament. Lets show our support! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us or if you need a ride let us know and we can try to help arrange one for you. Last day to register is Wednesday April 3 rd . Spring grading for children in Family classes and for all students brown stripe and below will take place in class from May 4 - 9 with registrations due April 27 th . Grading for orange belt and higher will take place May 30- June 4 with registrations due on May 25 th . If you plan on grading please begin your preparations now. (Kata class is a great start!) Remember you do need instructors’ approval to grade – Grading registration forms will be made available in the next couple of days. Grading for coloured belts in Bowness will be on June 11 th . Spring Camp this year will be held from May 24 th -26 th . Keep your eyes open for registration on our website coming soon!
