Food Consumption of food is not always a problemTypes of food is the major concern
~fatty foods are ok but one must eat in moderation.
A study was done and the children chose to eat the same amount but a majority chose the wrong foods to eat
ExerciseUSA Today conducted a survey and a
majority would rather watch tv and play video games.~children ages 8-10 spend 6 hours a day playing video games and watching tv.~parents are a major contributor to this statistic.
27% of children play sports of this % only 6% want to play sports.
31% fewer children ride bikes than in 1995.
SleepSleep apnea causes lack of sleep
~One who sleeps doesn’t really sleep~surgery and a breathing machine can be used.
Lack of sleep causes food cravings~Those who don’t sleep eat instead~your body doesn’t replenish itself

women, and 25% children would be obese. In the UK the overall population is nearly

Liam HughsNational advisor for healthy communities."We should stop eating as much and we
should exercise more, but it's not like smoking and tobacco control”.
“When you ask why young people are gaining weight, the answers take you from the family to school and the neighborhood and out into the world of food production and retailing."
Children need to become more activeDon’t allow hours on tv and video games
every day.Parents need to allow more freedomSportsOther ways to be active

active.Changing society from our age till today.Take steps to help make people aware of the
effects. The more people know of risks the better
chance of reducing the growing rate.
