Rapid changes in body size, shape and composition. Girls will reach puberty earlier than boys The seminar will be held in separation between boys

and girls so that they will express themselves better

1. Organize outdoor activities such as picnic and recreation.

- this can help students to release their stress and socialize with others. - advocates for outdoor play and motor activity.

- to prevent them from involve with social ill.

3. Know student’s family background.- give them awareness if they have any

family’s health disease such as diabetes, thalassemia, high blood pressure.
