PIA with its current revitalization plan needs highly qualified, talented, energetic and self-motivatedperson, which may become part of our team as Chief Financial Officer .

The Chief Financial Officer plays a pivotal role in defining the financial strategy and establishing theframework for managing the Corporations financial objectives.

Qualification & Experience:

Candidate must be a Chartered Accountant with minimum 20 years of Post Qualification Experiencepreferably in Banking, Financial and Airline sector. Preference will be given to a person having foreignqualification.

We are seeking an individual who possesses the requisite knowledge, having operational and

development experience with solid international accounting standards experience, exposure to globalinvestment markets and strategic management.

Regional awareness and understanding of general laws and administrative policies, strong managementand leadership skills, and ability to formulate long-range fiscal planning is also required.

An attractive compensation package will be provided to the successful candidate .

Responsibilities:

Incumbent will be responsible for planning, directing and leading the financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, audit, tax accounting and forecasting in addition to

the formulation and execution of the Corporations long term financial plan. Determine long range capital requirements and negotiate loans and finances with banks.

Direct through the efforts of subordinates, the accurate maintenance of PIAs books of accounts, ensuring that professional standards are being meet, adequate financial controlsare in place, reports are accurate and meaningful and procedures are efficient.

Ensure that PIA is optimizing its corporate tax liabilities while adhering to tax statutes in allcountries where returns must be filed.

Ensure that PIAs insurance coverage is adequate for potential liability risk or loss of

property. Coordinate within the organization where financial matters are important and assist in

supplying accounting data, yield standards, load factor standards, budget assumptions, etc.as required.
