The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendation of Departmental Promotion committee and in consultation with the Hp public service commission, is pleased to order the promotion of following Junior Engineers(Mechanical) to the post of Assistant Engineer(Mechanical), class-l (Gazetted) in the pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100 plus Rs. 5400 (Grade Pay) on regular basis, with immediate effect:-

1. Sh. Ramesh Kumar Dhiman,

2. Sh. Ramesh Kumar Sharma,

3. Sh. pradyuman Singh,

4. Sh. Rakesh Kumar Sharma,

2. The officers sharl remain on probation for a period of two years.3' The officers have to exercise option under FR-22read with Rule-11 of the Himachal Pradesh civil services Pay (Revised) Rules, 2009 for the purpose of fixation of his pay against the post of Assistant Engineer(Mechanical), within a period of one month from the date of issue of this order. 4' The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleased to order that on their regular promotion as Assistant Engineer(Mechanical) the place of posting of above officers will be as under:-

5' The promotion of above officers will be effective from the date of assumption of charge on the next post. The officers are directed to join their new assignment within a period of fifteen days from the date of issue of this order and send their charge assumption report to this department as well as to all concerned. Failure to join will be deemed to be declining the promotion and next etigible official in the line will be considered.

6' The officer appearing at sr. No. 2 willjoin his new prace of posting after the retirement of present incumbent on 30.4.2016.
