six sigma was developed by bill smith a reliabilityengineer in motorola in 1970s.
later many companies was starving for
excellence adopoted this six sigma. It started evolved when japanese firm took over a
motorola factory that manufactured televisions inunited states then japanese company took over itand bring drastical changes to the way of factoryunder japanese mgt
the factory soon producing tv sets with 1/20th thenumber of defects they as under motorola mgt.
