From Chicago to Las Vegas. Viero Bridal is soaring.

Entrepreneurial success stories are the best. When they connect Chicago to Las Vegas they’re even better...for our community. Our newest Business Member is Viero Bridal Boutique located in Town Square (directly across from another business member, Holysheets & Furniture).

Opened in February 2018 the designer and owner of Viero Las Vegas is Vira Basaraba. Vira told Voyage Chicago, an on-line news for Chicago’s most inspiring stories “My story started eight years ago when I moved to the US. After graduating from the University and being lucky to work for the Federal Reserve Bank for two years, having an entrepreneurial spirit, I decided to take a leap of faith and opened a bridal boutique where I carried wedding dresses of well-known designers.”

“My inspiration was born of my frustration with wedding and evening dresses selection, specifically with high prices and not necessarily a vast assortment of designs. I wanted to bring a fresh look to the bridal world, and close the “affordable luxury” gap that existed in the industry.”

“After six months of running Viero Bridal boutique in Chicago, I opened a small atelier, in Ukraine where I started making gowns of my own designs. It has been three years since then and our atelier turned into a real production where we make gowns of our own brand and distributing them to the boutiques around the world.”

“We currently have partners in more than ten countries and this is only the beginning. Besides the Chicago store, there is also Viero Bridal in Las Vegas and most recently in Philadelphia. I could never do it myself without the support of my family and amazingly talented people I work with.”

Check out this recent yelp review!Great service, great food. Came with my family on Saturday night and was delighted at how attentive the servers were - you could tell they value their customers and try to get to know every one of them on a more personal level AND plus the food was delicious.

We started off with the meatballs Nepoli for our appetizers- absolutely heavenly- the sauce was perfect for dipping the free garlic knots into too! I ate so many of those garlic knots - they came out freshly baked and piping hot. As soon as we ran out of the basket, we were immediately given another basket.

In terms of entrees, I had the lasagna, my brother had the fettuccine Bolognese and my dad had the orecchiette with sausage. All three were great, highly recommend them, especially the orecchiette if you want something a bit different :)

Will definitely be back!
