Upon arrival, the Majordome welcomes travellers and ensures a smooth

settling in by handling all unpacking with the assistance of the Maison�s

This simple and gourmet cuisine invites to spontaneousness. The menu

unwinds a string of proposals all equally tantalising.

Open onto the ocean or a large garden on either side, this contemporary

restaurant changes during the course of the day, as if it was given a tempo

by Manuel Mérida�s rotative monochrome.

Entirely opened onto the pool, the White Bar o�ers a wide range of

settings designed to enjoy a drink and savour light dishes between two

dives.

Outdoors, bench seats, fainting sofas and deck-chairs await for guests to

enjoy the sun and views over the lagoon.

At sunset, a festive atmosphere gathers guests around the Chef

Barman�s delicious cocktails. Grand classics such as mojitos, caipirinha or

caipiroskas are reinterpreted in a Maldivian fashion.

Le 1947 signature restaurant was named a�er Château Cheval Blanc�s

most prestigious and sought-a�er vintage.

A vermilion shaded hallway leads to Le 1947 in all its re�nement.

Conceived as an exceptional culinary experience, it pays tribute to French

cuisine, interpreted with delicacy and creativity.

La Table de Partage hosts very private events conceived specially for

families or friends.

Designed to sit a dozen of guests, this generously sized table celebrates

the convivial art of dining together.

Prepared by the chef and inspired as per the guests� preferences, the

menu combines traditional sharing dishes scented with local �avours.

The Diptyque is a live-cooking theatre with a dual personality, serving the

�nest Japanese cuisine alongside Iberian gastronomy.

The Diptyque brings face to face the gist of both Japanese and Iberian

cuisine through a unique performance each night. Guests are asked to

choose the destination of their choice for a complete change of

scenery.

The venue is split by a large dining counter with one side o�ering the �nest

tasting size products of Japanese cuisine and while the opposite counter

features tapas-style Iberian delicacies. Prepared live in front of a limited

number of guests, the Diptyque is a highly entertaining dining choice.

Kaiseki courses and exquisite sashimi slices compete during one evening

with Empanadas and Queso manchego platters. A Port-wine cellar on

the one side and an ornamental sake display on the other highlight the

uniqueness of these two cultures and their gastronomies.

On the jetty, the Deelani is a lively restaurant o�ering local seafood and

Italian specialties.

The Deelani and its relaxed alfresco ambiance o�er a selection of freshly

caught �sh and seafood as well as other Mediterranean inspired

suggestions.

products await guests returning

from a lagoon cruise or a diving

session. In all simplicity, �sh curries

are served with vegetables tartar.

At night, the Deelani transforms

into an open-air late-night venue

serving up festive cocktails.

The Carte Blanche in-villa menu ful�ls the wishes of those who like to

order what they please, when and where they please.

Shaded by the latticework of the pergolas, the villas� terraces are

perfectly equipped for Chefs to create bespoke culinary experiences.

Culinary journeys can be designed upon guests� wishes; an improvised

beach picnic, a diner aboard a local dhoni - the choice of private dining

venues is endless.

No matter when and where, any seaside or island setting can be turned

into an ephemeral table.

CARTE BLANCHE

Each visit to this island dedicated to well-being and relaxation is a

sensory journey.

A dhoni disembarks guests on the shores of the Spa island where Guerlain

has created a range of treatments and massages specially adapted to the

Maldives, exclusively for Cheval Blanc Randheli.

Transformed into a unique and personal occasion, treatments can be

discovered alone or together in one of the six villas overlooking the

lagoon. Two prestige treatment villas for two � the Orchidée Villas � open

onto the horizon o�ering a unique setting to experience a true

moment of relaxation.

Alongside treatments, guests can enjoy a traditional hammam bath or a

yoga session in the dedicated pavilions as a prelude or interlude to their

treatments. A Leonor Greyl hair spa, a make-up studio and an authentic

barber shop complete the beauty halt.
