Handling entire Technology and Telecom setup at Elevate. Ensuring successful backup of databases, mailboxes and other data using VERITAS Backup

Exec. Administration of servers for high availability & uptimes (11 servers and 330+ desktops). Installation, configuration of MRTG, WANSPY & WhatsUP Gold to monitor the performance the

WAN links and network performance analysis. Administration of Windows NT domain controller and configuring group policies, maintenance of

DHCP and DNS servers (Server health audit, data backup, data security, server performance management, server virus prevention.)

Conducting weekly/monthly review meetings with the IT team & Ops Managers to Understand their IT requirements.
