£75.00 per double room including breakfast any Friday, Saturday or Sunday excluding Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Eve. The Special Christmas Offer rates include full English breakfast for two people.

A letter of acknowledgement will be sent to you upon receipt of your bookings form. All bookings require a deposit of £10 per person including Christmas Day to be paid withing 14 days of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

Full payment will be required one month prior to your event. For bookings made less than one month before your function date, full payment will be required within 48 hours of the time of booking. Chequers Hotel reserve the right to cancel any bookings if fullpayment has not been received within the specified time.

Terms and Conditions

Due to limited numbers on each night it may not be possible to increase the size of your party once your deposit has been received. However, Chequers Hotel will do their best to accommodate your requirements should this need arise.

Additional Guests

The Castle Room is fully accessible for wheelchair users. Please advise us if you have any special dietary requirements before submitting your pre-order, so we may discuss this with our Chef.
