Chemtools® HD is a heavy duty anti-spatter liquid which provides instant shielding action against weld spatter. The “easy wipe off” milky formula is highly heat resistant and will not evaporate as quickly as other water based anti-spatter products.This is an exceptional performing, eco-friendly product that sig-nificantly reduces or eliminates spatter adhesion on weld nozzles, parts and tooling. This powerful rust remover effectively dissolves rust, corrosion, metal oxides and tarnishing from most metal surfaces.Chemtools CT-RM can be applied to rusting surfaces by means of brush or spray. WElD CRACK AND FAUlT FINDERChemtools weld crack and fault finder system is specially formulated for weld seam quality assurance. The product comes in the form, of a “Developer” and a “Penetrant”.

Chemtools weld penetrant is formulated to seep into any micro cracks present in a weld seam. This product is also referred to Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) or liquid Penetrant Inspection (lPI); it is as an inspection method to locate surface-breaking defects in all non-porous materials including plastics, ceramics and most metals.

Chemtools weld developer consists of a white powder suspended in solvents; this prod-uct is designed to pull the entrapped penetrant to the surface by capillary action.

COlD-GAlCHEMTOOLS HIGH PERFORMANCE Cold Gal, liquid cold galvanising is a zinc rich coating containing metallic zinc. It prevents rust and corrosion caused by welding and exposure to harsh environments. The unique blend of 99% zinc purity dust in an expoxy resin formulation produces a film which provides years of protection.

PRODUCT INFOCHEMTOOLS Cold-Gal chemically bonds with iron and steel, and actually fuses with the base metal to provide rust and corrosion resistance. Cold-Gal can also be used as a primer for most paints and is available in a spray pack or in bulk sizes.

Chemtools Straight Cutting Fluid is a high per-formance, non-staining oil based solvent made from refined mineral oils.

Chemtools Straight Cutting Fluid is formulated from solvent refined mineral oil and special-ized, high performance extreme pressure (EP) additives. For overall performance Straight Cutting Fluid contains corrosion inhibitors and extreme pressure lubricants. It can be used on a range of metal types inclusive of yellow metals.
