Applicators and other handlers must wear:« Lonq-sleeved shirt and long pants. Chemical resistant gloves made of any waterproof material such as polyvinyl chloride, nitrile rubber

or butyl rubber.. Shoes plus socks

User Safety RequirementsFollow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washablesexist, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry.

USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS:Users Should:• Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet.• Remove clothing/PPE immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean

clothing.• Remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves before removing.

As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean clothing.

FIRST AID

If in eyes: • Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 1 5-20 minutes.• Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue

rinsing eye.• Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Do not applythis product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Onlyprotected handlers may be in the area during application. For any other requirements specific to yourState or Tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticides.

AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS

Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFRpart 170. This standard contains requirements for the protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests,nurseries, and greenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements for training,decontamination, notification, and emergency assistance. It also contains specific statements andexceptions pertaining to the statements on this label about personal protective equipment (PPE), andrestricted entry interval (REI). The requirements in this box apply to uses of this product that are coveredby the Worker Protection Standard.

Do not enter or allow entry into treated areas during the restricted entry interval (REI) of 12 hours.

PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is permitted under the Worker Protection Standard andthat involves contact with anything that has been treated, such as plants, soil, or water, is:

• Coveralls over long-sleeved shirt and long pants,• Chemical-resistant gloves made of any waterproof material,• Chemical-resistant footwear plus socks,Notify workers of the application by warning them orally and by posting warning signs at entrances totreated areas.

NON-AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTThe requirements in this box apply to uses of this product that are NOT within the scope of the WorkerProtection Standard for agricultural pesticides (40 CFR part 170). The WPS applies when this product isused to produce agricultural plants on farms, forests, nurseries, or greenhouses.Turf and Landscape Uses: Do not enter or allow entry into treated areas until granules and dust havesettled unless wearing personal protective equipment listed on this label.

COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION

This product is a broad-spectrum fungicide for use on a wide variety of turf and ornamental diseases.Apply this product using ground based, hand-operated (push) or mechanical (power) equipment.

USE PRECAUTIONS

• For use only by certified applicators or those under their immediate supervision. Not for use onturf being grown for sale or other commercial use as sod.

• Do not apply this product through any type of irrigation system.

• Do not use on turf being grown for sale or other commercial use as sod.

• Do not apply this product by hand or with hand-held rotary spreader (e.g., bellygrinder)

• Do not graze animals on treated turf.

• Do not feed clippings to livestock or poultry.

• Use only properly calibrated application equipment when applying this product.

• Thoroughly clean all application equipment after each use.

RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT

In order to prevent the development of tolerant strains of fungi, use this product with other fungicides thatuse different modes of action. Do not use this product with products containing the active ingredientthiabendazole because thiabendazole has a similar chemistry and mode of action and can contribute tothe development of disease tolerance. This product can remain useful for disease control as long as thespecified precautions are followed. A tolerant strain of fungi is most likely present if a treatment of thisproduct is found to be ineffective and you should promptly contact your State Agricultural ExperimentStation or State Cooperative Extension Service for disease identification and advice on other suitablefungicide or disease control strategies.

Use this product on all cool and warm season grasses such as Bentgrass, Bluegrass, Bermudagrass,Fescue, Ryegrass, St. Augustinegrass, Zoysiagrass, or their mixtures in the following sites:

NOTE: Because this product does not control Phthium or Phytophthora, rotating with mefenoxam,etridiazole, propamocarb, mono and dipotassium salts of phosphorous acid or fosetyl-AI is required tocontrol Pythium and Phytophthora.

USE PRECAUTIONS

• Do not use this product on Swedish Ivy (Nephrolepis exhalta), and Easter Cactus (Hatioragaertnen).

• Do not apply to home orchards / fruit trees after fruit set.

• Do not use fruit or nuts from treated ornamentals for food or feed.

• For ground and drench applications, do not exceed 300 pounds active ingredient from ALLthiophanate-methyl containing products per acre per crop season.

» For cut flowers, the maximum application rate is 0.5 pounds active ingredient per acre perapplication.

• Because it is impossible to test this product on all species and cultivars, test in a preliminary trialon a small scale before a full treatment is applied to any plant type not shown on this label. Whenconducting the trial, wait 5-7 days after treatment to evaluate results.

Application Instructions

Apply this product as a surface, fly-on, broadcast or over-the-top application or media incorporated.

Surface and Broadcast Applications to established plants:

• Apply 6 Ibs. of this product /1000 sq. ft.

• Apply under dry or moist leaf / soil conditions.

• For best results, activate the application within 24 hours with irrigation or natural rainfall. Ifactivating by irrigation, apply 0.10-0.25 inches of water.

Media Incorporation:

• Mix at a rate of 2-3 Ib/cubic yards before seeding or transplanting of desired crop.

• If not activated by the application of moisture, stockpile media incorporated with this product untilneeded for later use.

For Preventive Control:

• Prior to planting, apply as a media incorporation using the rate listed above.

• After seeding or transplant to propagation beds, containers, pots, or nursery or landscape beds,apply as a broadcast, fly-on, surface or over the top application using the Surface and BroadcastApplications instructions above.

For Treatment:• When disease first appears after seeding or transplanting, apply using the Surface and Broadcast

Applications instructions above.

• To maintain protection, make repeat applications every 21-28 days.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal.

PESTICIDE STORAGE: Store in the original container in a dry, temperature controlled area. Do notstore in a manner where cross-contamination with other pesticides, fertilizers, food or feed could occur. Ifspilled during storage or handling, contain/re-capture spillage and use in accordance with instructionbelow or dispose of in accordance with the Pesticide Disposal Instructions listed below.

-PESTICIDE-DISPOSAL: Pesticide-wastes-are-toxic, Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spraymixture, or rinsate is a violation of Federal Law. If these wastes cannot be used according to labelinstructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency, or the Hazardous Wasterepresentative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for guidance.

CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Nonrefillable container. DO NOT reuse or refill this container. Completelyempty container into application equipment. Then offer for recycling if available, or place empty containern trash. '

GENERAL INFORMATION

This product is a broad-spectrum fungicide for use on a wide variety of turf diseases. Apply this productusing ground based, hand-operated (push) or mechanical (power) equipment. USE PRECAUTIONS

• Do not apply this product through any type of irrigation system.

• Do not graze animals on treated turf.

• Do not feed clippings to livestock or poultry.

• Use only properly calibrated application equipment when applying this product.

• Do not apply this product by hand or with hand-held rotary spreader (e.g., bellygrinder)

• Thoroughly clean all application equipment after each use.

• Do not use on turf being grown for sale or other commercial use as sod.

• Do not use fruit or nuts from treated ornamentals for food or feed.

• Do not apply to home orchards/fruit trees.

RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT

In order to prevent the development of tolerant strains of fungi, use this product with other fungicides thatuse different modes of action. Do not use this product with products containing the active ingredientthiabendazole because thiabendazole has a similar chemistry and mode of action and can contribute tothe development of disease tolerance. This product can remain useful for disease control as long as thespecifed precautions are followed. A tolerant strain of fungi is likely present if a treatment of this productis found to be ineffective and you should promptly contact your State Agricultural Experiment Station orState Cooperative Extension Service for disease identification and advice on other suitable fungicide ordisease control strategies.
