You can see the whole of the course set against the backdrop of Cleeve Hill and you have the perfect view of the finish of each of these eagerly awaited races. We are offering a unique opportunity to enjoy the racing from your own reserved seat located in the main Grandstand directly overlooking the racecourse and finishing post. This elevated position provides the ultimate view of each race. Your hospitality is located within our luxurious shared restaurant which is situated just off the Hall of Fame. This package is very much for the racing enthusiasts as to access your reserved seats, you have a short walk through the Hall of Fame & Members bar to take up your perfect view of the racing. If you are entertaining clients this may not be ideal; however, if viewing the racing is you most important aspect of your day at Cheltenham then this package is perfect. For bookings of 2 upwards. RETURN STEAM TRAIN TRANSFER We give you the unique opportunity to avoid the race traffic in and around the racecourse by starting your journey at Toddington railway station and taking our magnificent steam train transfer directly to the back of the main Grandstand at Cheltenham Racecourse.

Relax and indulge in the nostalgic and tranquil setting of Toddington, where you can enjoy live music courtesy of our very own Irish band performing on the platform. Step back in time and relish first class travel as you enjoy a stress-free 35 minute journey through the beautiful countryside of the Cotwolds, Malverns and Vale of Evesham pulled by a magnificent steam train locomotive. You will arrive relaxed, in style and together in a group as you pull into Cheltenham Racecourse station situated opposite the North entrance. You will pass close by to the traffic queuing to get into the racecourse – a truly amazing and amusing experience. A full cash buffet service is available throughout the journey providing you with Champagne, beers, wines and soft drinks.

All of our hotel options offer reduced rates for Cheltenham race week with rooms available on a single night stay basis with breakfast included. We offer a range of 3 or 4 star hotels in stunning Cotswolds villages including Chipping Campden & Moreton-in-Marsh.
