Cover and refrigerate until ready to assemble sandwiches. In a medium bowl, combine lobster, shrimp, crawfish and melted butter. Toss to coat. Keep warm until ready to assemble sandwiches. For fried green tomatoes, coat slices in flour, then dip in egg, then panko crumbs. Pan fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Spread about 1 tablespoon of remoulade sauce on grilled sides of buns. Place two fried green tomato slices on each bottom bun. Spoon 5-6 ounces (142-170 g) seafood mixture over tomatoes. Top with watercress and bun tops. Serve.
