CHEESE and SMOKED SALMON JAFFLE.4 Slices of bread2 slices of cheddar cheese2 slices of Mozzarella cheese4 Slices Smoked salmonSalt and pepper to tasteMethod.Place 1 slice of both Cheddar and Mozzarella and 2 slices smoked salmon between 2 slices of bread.Place the sandwiches in the jaffle iron and cook over hot coals for 2 mins each side.Can be cooked in a frying pan over a stove top.
