2 slices of cheddar cheese

2 slices of Mozzarella cheese

4 Slices BEEF

Salt and pepper to taste

Method.

Place slice of both Cheddar and Mozzarella and 2 slices beef bet!een 2 slices of

bread.

Place the sand!iches in the "a#e iron and coo$ o%er hot coals for 2 &ins each side.

Can be coo$ed in a fr'in( pan o%er a sto%e top.
