Descend from Kai Kung Shan to Sai Sha Road, then cross the main road and go up the staircase to the CP which is at the barbeque site.

Support teams are requested to wait for their teams at the open area near the public toilet opposite to the CP or at the Shui Long Wo Campsite.

Only walkers are allowed in the CP area. Please note that parking has become increasingly problematic around the area. Support teams will need to leave time

for heavy traffic and should be prepared to park some distance from the actual CP. Access by road from Sai Kung: drive out of Sai Kung towards Pak Tam Chung and turn as directed onto Sai Sha Road at the major roundabout. Access from Sha Tin is through Ma On Shan: follow the signs for Sai Kung. Please watch out for pedestrians and park as directed. Vehicles found outside the marked parking areas may be towed away by the police.

Special note: • Loading, unloading or parking is not allowed around the entrance (within 150m) of the CP.

• Police will enforce traffic control along Chuk Yeung Road where support team vehicles will not be allowed to park.

The CP is in the Scout Gilwell Camp located at Fei Ngo Shan. Access by road is difficult so support teams should wait at the pavilion at the top of Jat's Incline, where teams will pass 20-30 minutes after leaving the CP. The pavilion is accessible from Tsz Wan Shan by Sha Tin Pass Road or from Clear Water Bay Road by Fei Ngo Shan Road (both are one-way uphill roads). Jat's Incline is one-way downhill. Your support vehicle must be parked along Sha Tin Pass Road. Another support point can be found here: from Tsz Wan Shan along Sha Tin Pass Road and meet at the pavilion at Sha Tin Pass Road.

The CP is next to the tower at the top of Beacon Hill, which is a restricted area. Private cars without a car pass are not allowed to enter.
