Clothing & Jewelry -Solid colors are best. -Avoid stark white, stripes, and tiny patterns. -Avoid large necklaces, bracelets, watches, which can cause noise and can be picked up by the microphone. Cellphones -Be sure to place phones on mute. Go! During your session Keep it Conversational -Consider including co-presenters in your talk to project a relaxed discussion. Responding to Questions -Establish how to manage questions: >Accept questions during the presentation. >Wait until the end of the presentation. -Vetted questions and comments will be provided through the confidence monitor. -Restate all questions to ensure onsite and virtual participants have heard it. -Polling is possible. Attendees onsite can raise their hand; virtual attendees can respond in the question window.
