February 28, 2019 CHCA Band Performs Well The CHCA Band, The Pride of The Hill, traveled to Huntingdon College for the AISA Regional Band competition this past weekend where they scored an Excellent rating from the judges and won several awards. Mya Nichols, Katelyn Johnson, and Carter Sullivan were chosen to play in the All State Honor Band where they played in an orchestra with 100 band students from around the state. Carter Sullivan was awarded 1st chair Timpani in Honor Band. Congratulations to our CHCA band and Mr. Squires for a job well done. Like Tweet

CHCA Band Performs Well

Mid-Winter Break
Cottage Hill Christian Academy will be closed March 4th-8th for Mid-Winter Break.Holiday care will be available for K2-K5 on March 7th and 8th. The EEC will also beopen on March 7th and 8th.
Class of 2019 Senior Information
Senior Parent Meeting
The final senior parent meeting will be held on March 11, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in theWest Campus cafeteria. All senior parents are encouraged to attend the final seniorparent meeting. Information pertaining to graduation and events leading up tograduation will be discussed.
Senior Fees
Seniors fees are due at your earliest convenience. This fee was announced at theend of junior year and due in the fall. If you have already paid this fee, we thankyou. If you still need to take care of this fee, please send in $175 cash or check tothe West Campus office. If you have any questions, please call the office at (251)634-2513
Senior Disney Trip Payment Due
The 3rd and final Senior Trip to Disney payment is due on March 1st.
The payment schedule is: October 1st - $200 (deposit) February 1st - $200 March 1st - $150 (final payment) The payment can be paid in the office on the West Campus by Friday, March 1st.

Spring picture schedules for all spring sports and senior banner pictures are below.Please see the attached form for ordering pictures. The order form needs to befilled out and turned in with a check on picture day. Order forms will also beavailable in the main office of both campuses. All student-athletes will take teamand individual pictures. Please be sure student-athletes pack their uniforms for theirscheduled picture day. High School Course Selection Night
2019-2020 Course Selection Night on the West Campus
Students and parents are encouraged to attend the Course Selection Night onMonday, March 18, 2019 as we prepare and plan for the 2019-2020 academicyear. Rising 11th and 12th graders will begin course selections at 6 p.m. Rising 9thand 10th graders will begin course selections at 7 p.m. Course selection meetingswill begin promptly at 6:00 and 7:00 and will take place in the West Campus Gym.

Re-enrollment for the 2018-2019 school-year continues. Families who complete there-enrollment process by Friday, March 15th will pay a re-enrollment fee of$250.00, while those who complete the process after this date will be charged alate re-enrollment fee of $450.00.
