Tentative Itinerary

Total Estimated Cost: $1700-$1900 Included: - Ground Transportation - Four/Five Star Luxury Hotel Accommodation (double occupancy) - 2/3 of Meals - Airfare from HK to Taipei - Admission to some cultural activities Not Included: - International airfare (approx. $1000-$1200) - Other personal expenses

Group of 30 students (including organizers) - Full-time Business School students only (no significant others) - Students with holds on their accounts are unable to participate

Students are required to attend the entire study tour All company visits are mandatory

Logistics

TWO rounds of bidding

Round 1: Wednesday, September 10, 10am – Monday, September 15, 4pm Round 2: Thursday, September 18, 10am – Monday, September 22, 4pm

During the first 24 hours of Round 2, you can drop a tour and get your bid points refunded to bid on another tour

Notifications will be sent out Thursday, September 25 Successful bidders will have 48 hours to pay a non-refundable deposit in order to secure their spot Unsuccessful bidders will have their bid points refunded and will be placed on a waitlist (based on bid amount - highest to lowest). If a students gets a spot on the tour, he will be charged this bid amount. No swapping
