Keynote Speaker: Michael Leemhuis, CCM, CCE“Ocean Reef Club – Past, Present and Future” A “Unique Way of Life” is not a slogan. It is truly how members of the club view their experiences. That didn’t happen overnight. Starting as a fishing camp for a Midwestern developers’ friends, the Club has evolved over time to include a vast array of amenities and offerings that members shaped into their own personalized experience. This session will review the origins of the Club, from the opening weekend in the 1950’s where all the boats arriving ran aground in the channel, through the member’s buyout of the last developer and the unique business model that supports the Club’s operations.

Leadership Session:Matt Keller and Kyle Jackson“Advance Leadership, Inc.”Advance Leadership was started from a desire to help Southwest Florida grow stronger.  For years, Matt Keller and his team have been teaching growth principles to other non-profits and businesses all over the country. In 2012, they decided to offer those same principles to the business community in Southwest Florida and launched Advance One Day.This session will touch on the many angles of leadership development.
