Re: Reference for Charlotte Robinson To whom it may concern, I know Charlotte through her involvement as a volunteer in the Mosman Council Youth Services youth volunteer group Vocal Rewind (Music & Events). I facilitate this group and over the term watched Charlotte develop in skills, experience and leadership. Firstly, I would like to make note of Charlotte's willingness to always go the extra mile. This is particularly notable in what she did outside of mandatory volunteer hours. Charlotte put in additional time for a newspaper article and blog post. Not only did she go ahead and put this extra time in but she did it with an excellent attitude and fulfilled the expectations to the best of her ability. Secondly, Charlotte displayed excellent qualities of leadership in her work with the Vocal Rewind team. She played an important role in the marketing side of the event and would often take the lead in brainstorming and delegating roles to others. Finally, I would like to point out the way in which Charlotte was highly enthusiastic throughout the term. Week in and out she came along with an attitude that was positive and excited about the tasks ahead. She applied her leadership skills here by influencing others with her enthusiasm; this was particularly important for keeping the morale of the group high. She would always encourage others in their roles and in doing so helped them to engage more effectively in their tasks. I highly commend Charlotte to you. Re: Reference for Charlotte Robinson

To whom it may concern,

I know Charlotte through her involvement as a volunteer in the Mosman Council Youth Services

youth volunteer group Vocal Rewind (Music & Events). I facilitate this group and over the term

watched Charlotte develop in skills, experience and leadership.

Firstly, I would like to make note of Charlotte's willingness to always go the extra mile. This is

particularly notable in what she did outside of mandatory volunteer hours. Charlotte put in

additional time for a newspaper article and blog post. Not only did she go ahead and put this extra

time in but she did it with an excellent attitude and fulfilled the expectations to the best of her

ability.

Secondly, Charlotte displayed excellent qualities of leadership in her work with the Vocal Rewind

team. She played an important role in the marketing side of the event and would often take the lead

in brainstorming and delegating roles to others.

Finally, I would like to point out the way in which Charlotte was highly enthusiastic throughout the

term. Week in and out she came along with an attitude that was positive and excited about the tasks

ahead. She applied her leadership skills here by influencing others with her enthusiasm; this was

particularly important for keeping the morale of the group high. She would always encourage others

in their roles and in doing so helped them to engage more effectively in their tasks.

I highly commend Charlotte to you. Please do not hesitate to get in contact with me if you require

any further information.

Kind regards,

Rachel Faleatua
