Charlotte Hotels Reserving a Hotel Room in Uptown Charlotte: To make the process of traveling to Charlotte easier for Candidates taking Part III CSE, the NBEO/ NCCTO has obtained special contracted rates with the hotels listed below. Though many other hotels exist in the Uptown Charlotte district, currently only the hotels described below have provided NBEO candidates with negotiated corporate room rates. Only a limited number of rooms are set aside for use with these negotiated rates; it is best to reserve early to secure the special room rate. The NBEO/NCCTO cannot guarantee any special dates or room availability at any time. Please be aware that each hotel may have particular “black out” dates for other events hosted in Charlotte at the same time as your exam, and the NBEO rate will be unavailable on those days. It is highly recommended to book as early as possible to obtain the NBEO rate. If you run into any issues with reservations, please contact the hotel directly for more information. You may also email the hotel you would like to stay with and ask for a list of blackout dates and plan accordingly.
