Simulation of a BPSK communication system - Plot BER vs. SNR Coding theory approach to error control in Redundant Residue Number Systems Electromagnetic theory approach to model multipath fading channels Master/Slave Collective operations using MPI (Message Passing Interface). Credit Card Transaction System - Designing and implementing a simplified Credit Card Transaction

    system (CCTS). Client-server model - Implementing a simple Client/Server application (using a socket interface), to

    measure the network performance. Routing Algorithm - This project would develop a routing engine implemented on the VME system.

    Workload is randomly generated by programs on the PC's shipped to the VME system, routed to the appropriate output processor, and sent back to the appropriate PC.

    Back propagation as a learning algorithm in feed forward multilayer neural networks. Wrote a MATLAB program to minimize the RMS error for a single and multi-class 2-D set using the

    LBG and WLBG algorithms - A vector quantization approach.
