What is Respect? • Respect is an important way of being kind and

good to other people.

What is Tolerance?Tolerance is respecting the

DIFFERENCES between human beings.

Tolerance is to be aware that you aren't the only person in the world.

Your actions and words have an affect or impact people around you.

Sometimes…Sometimes, people believe that

their ideas, their beliefstheir customs, their behaviors, their religion,

and their education are THE BEST

and think that all the other people must believe what they believe.

This is NOT tolerance.

My way is the right way… right?

Sometimes, we believe that only our way is the right way.

We haven't learned yet to respect the differences between the humans.

Tolerance is harmony/peace in difference.
