GETTING STARTEDBATTERY INSTALLATION1. MakesuretheunitisOFF.2. Locatethebatterycoveronthebottomof

theunit.Useascrewdrivertoloosenthescrews.

3. Install 2 new “AAA” size (LR03/AM-4)batteries following the diagram insidethebatterybox.(Theuseofnewalkalinebatteries is recommended formaximumperformance.)

4. Replacethebatterycoverandtightenthescrewstosecure.

BATTERY NOTICE• Usenewalkalinebatteriesformaximumperformance.• Useonlybatteriesofthesameorequivalenttypeasrecommended.• Donotmixdifferenttypesofbatteries:alkaline,standard(carbon-

ACTIVITIES1. Slide theON/OFF SWITCH to turn theunit

ON. Then press theLIGHT-UP BUTTONto hear phrases, songs,melodies and funsounds.

2. For added fun, the character can interactwithotherVTech®Go! Go! Smart Friends®accessories and playsets (each soldseparately) usingMagicPoint® technology.Place the character on anyMagicPoint® location to see its light flash and to hearphrases,sounds,shorttunesandsing-alongsongs.

TROUBLESHOOTINGIfforsomereasontheunitstopsworkingormalfunctionswhileplayingwithaMagicPoint®accessory,pleaseremovethecharacterfromtheaccessoryandplacethecharacterbackontotheMagicPoint®.

Iftheunitstilldoesnotfunction,orifforsomereasontheunitstopsworkingormalfunctionsonitsown,pleasefollowthesesteps:1. PleaseturntheunitOFF.

2. Interruptthepowersupplybyremovingthebatteries.

3. Lettheunitstandforafewminutes,thenreplacethebatteries.

4. TurntheunitON.Theunitshouldnowbereadytoplayagain.

5.
