    Section 399. Lupong Tagapamayapa. -

    Lupon Tagapamayapa aka Lupono Composition

    Punong Barangay aschairman

    working, in the barangay, not otherwise expressly

    disqualified by law,

    Section 402. Functions of the Lupon.

    Section 403. Secretary of the Lupon.

    Section 408. Subject Matter for Amicable Settlement;Exception Thereto.

    thePresidentmay determine in theinterest of Justice or upon therecommendation of the Secretary ofJustice.
