andsmoothingtheresourcesrequired:
1. Timelimitedresourceconsiderations
2. Resourcelimitedresourceconsiderations
TimeLimitedResourceConsiderations Inthiscaseemphasiswillbeplacedoncompletingthe
projectwithinaspecifiedtime.
Thistimewillusuallyhavebeendeterminedbynetworkanalysis.
Adjustmentsinthetimingofanyactivity,andtheresourcesrequiredatagiventime,mustbeundertakenwithinthefloat(slack)available.
Obviouslytherecanbenoadjustmentofactivitieswhichareonthecriticalpath.
ResourceLimitedResourceConsiderations Inthiscasetheprojectmustbecompletedwith
theresourcesavailableevenifthismeansextendingtheprojectduration.
